I get used to my braces and all the rituals. There are times when inside of your mouth hurts due to braces. To prevent it I use wax from the ortho to cover the appliances. Keeping your teeth clean is a core. One need to brush one’s teeth after each meals. Flossing using normal floss is a pain, I use OralB dentalfloss… but it is hard to find here in Holland, i got mine when I was in Germany. I also use Braun waterpick at home to clean the teeth & massage my gums. I keep a small bag - filled it with toothbrush etc- with me all the time.

Gawd, I have done waiting... do you think pushing one's tooth to certain direction with your finger would speed up the process? oh well...
