The night before the surgery & I stayed at home... packed everything for the hospital. One of my uncles, the one who had jaw surgery (a BSSO on his right mandible) back in the 80's, heard that tomorrow is my turn. He called me up from London. He said that I was brave to do it, because his was such a painful event. *ARGHHHHHH*
Wait
a minute! I've been searching internet, read books, asked people and from what I gathered it was not
painful. Wisdom tooth extraction is more painful than orthognatic one.
Let's hope mine wouldn’t be
like his. He said that he is going to pray for me during my surgery. Now that's the nicest thing of
having a priest as your uncle. Talk about divine intervention:)
I spend sometime cleaning my teeth... I wanted it as clean as possible... I won't be able to brush
inside of my mouth for weeks.
Oh, I remember taking a couple drops of arnica after dinner. According
to some people I talked to, Arnica reduces swelling. Then... fasting from midnight.
By this time tomorrow, I'll be on the other side
