Physiotherapy post-op

[Mouth opening 37mm]
Just got back from visiting family in the USA for a month. Had no problem flying... But during each take-off and landing I use saline nasal spray.

I had been eating soft food all this time, although there were times that I did managed to eat some meat such as thinly sliced roastbeef (and it took me ages to chew it *grin*)

I started another round of physiotherapy. Oh… how relaxing. I'm happy to report I didn't have any more pain on the side of my face, and no more headaches.

I've notice I have difficulty breathing with the right side of my nose, though.
